Cohort Builder

The Cohort Builder allows users to find data in the ELITE Portal related to a specific group of Participants. Users can define a group of participants by filtering for individual attributes (ex. age, sex, diagnosis), filtering for data file attributes (ex. does the individual have data files from a particular study, data type, assay, or file format) and then explore or perform downstream actions on the data.
